What to Say Between The Two Prostrations

When you sit up between the prostrations, You should say:     /rabbi-ghfir  lee,  wa-rhamnee,  wa-aafinee  [wa-jburnee],  wa-hdinee,  wa-rzuqnee  [wa-rfa’nee]/

Translation
(O my Lord! Forgive me, have mercy on me, make me healthy, [help me], guide me, and provide for me [and raise me in rank]).
You can say:   /rabbi-ghfir  lee,  rabbi-ghfir  lee/

Translation

(O my Lord! Forgive me, O my Lord! Forgive me).
